Epoxies for Marble and Granite

Epoxies for Marble and Granite. We have an entire range of epoxy resin for marble, granite and semi-precious stones. These epoxies are available in different viscosities and reactivities to suit various applications.

Method of use:

• Grind the slabs to grit 120 and leave them to dry for 16-20hrs, so that absolutely no traces of water are found on the surface, especially on cracks.
• Mix resin and hardener in the ratio specified by weight and apply the mixture uniformly on the full surface of the granite.
• Accumulate additional quantity of this mixture over the cracks/holes. Leave the slabs to dry for 20-24hrs
• Polish these slabs starting from grit120.

All epoxy systems are available in various packing ranging from small KG 1 to barrel 200Kg.

Epoxies for granite are popularly characterized as follows:

• Invisible Epoxy: Our epoxies 8021 and 8022 are suitable for white granites like Kashmir white, Imperial white, Monte Cristo, Amba white, Dambulla White etc.
• Transparent Epoxy: Our well-known epoxies 8000 and 8023 are very good for materials like Bash Paradiso, Blue Pearl, Coast Green, Ghiblee, Ivory Brown, Ivory Chiffon, Emerald Pearl, Shiva Pink, Steel Grey, Mint Green, Kuppam Green, Parda Gold etc.
• Light Dark Epoxy: Our light-dark epoxies 8110 and 5035 are very good for materials like Steel Grey, Siva Pink, Siva Gold, Rosewood, Colonial Gold, Colombo Juprana, Red Multicolour etc.
• Medium Dark Epoxy: Our medium epoxy 5091 is very good for materials like Antic gold, Madura Gold, Sahara Gold, Vyara Gold, and even dark materials like Coffee Brown, Tan Brown, Sapphire Brown, Sapphire Blue etc.
• Very dark Epoxy: Our very dark epoxies 50101 and 50104 have an excellent crack filling and colour darkening on materials like Tan Brown, Sapphire Brown, Sapphire Blue, Vizag Blue etc.
• Epoxies for Black granite: Our epoxies 50103, 5483 and 3061 are very good for all Black granites including from Chamrajnagar, Khammam, Nellipuram, Denkanikottai etc.

COLOURS

Available in paste form in KG1 & 100gm packing. They are available in Red, Black, Brown, White, Green, Beige, Yellow and Blue colours. These colours are used for mixing with Epoxy Systems as per requirement.
