For programmed separation and processing of the metal shot mix, with immediate recycle of the active part and disposal of purge waste. This unit permits electronic programming of purge times and achieves constant shot percentage in the mix, improved sawing results, greater sawing speed, savings in shot and labour savings.
The metal structure has telescoping feet to adjust in height and includes single or double body cyclone powered by a timed solenoid valve with both opening and time control or by a pneumatic valve.
