The method of application is as follows,
Pour Twins 2151 on the surface to be cleaned. Let it act for a few seconds then rub with a brushing machine equipped with black or brown disk, or manually using a floor brush. Take off the residue of stains with the clean cloth.
For Polishing mosaic floor, we need polishing liquid and not an acid. We are having very high polishing liquid called Lantastar.
It is a Silicon Wax based product especially developed to treat polished surface in marble, Granite and Stoneware.
On a perfectly clean and dry surface, apply Lantastar using a cloth, performing circular movements. Once dry, polish the surface using a machine equipped with white disk or with a clean cloth.
We have wide range of products like Lantastar, Brillo SB, Avo, S-748 to polish the Granite. Among all, the best product is S748 i.e, Stain protection – premium Color Enhancer.
S748 reduces the penetration of water, dirt, oil and grease into surface. As a result, it greatly reduces staining and also facilitates dirt removal and regular cleaning. The Colour and structure of the surface are significantly accentuated due to its color enhancing properties. Acid sensitive natural stone surfaces, e.g, polished marble and limestone, may still be adversely affected by contact with wine, orange juice, cola etc., however to a considerably lesser extent than untreated surfaces, making it significantly easier to remove any dull areas. S748 does not yellow with age. The water vapour diffusion properties of the material are only slightly affected. Once dry the residual material is not hazardous to health and is approved for use with foodstuffs by the LFGB (German food and Feed Code).
Apply S748 generously and evenly onto the naturally cold, clean, dry and absorbent surface using a soft brush or short pile roller. Leave on for 20-30 minutes, but do not allow S748 to begin to dry. Afterwards, immediately and completely remove excess S748 using paper towels and rub the surface dry.
Abrasives are Polishing stones used for Grinding, Smoothing, Polishing the Marble, Granite and other Stones.
They are available in Various grits. The initial grits from 24, 36, 46, 60, 120, 220, 320 are used in Grinding and smoothing in case of marble. They can be synthetic (Protos) or Semi Synthetic (Velox).

The Grit 5 Extra, like SDP, SNP, STP, RTR are used to give the final gloss to the marble.
Quasar (Resin bond Abrasive) used for grinding and polishing the Granite.
Fickert Lux is used for the final polishing KA3F5 is soft lux which gives the high gloss and KA5F5 is the lux which gives good gloss with high life.
Marble crystallization is a combination of mechanical and controlled acidic reaction with the calcium carbonates contained in the stone. Calcium carbonates are changed into components (fluorides and oxalates) that are less sensitive to acids and densify the floor. Crystallization products also contain abrasives which helps remove scratches on the floor. Please note that crystallization is applicable on only calcareous floors like marble.
We are having Lantapowder (Crystallizer) to bring a polish to stone floor. The ingredients of crystallization chemicals are acid, magnesium oxide, Aluminium oxide and water. It is the chemical reaction over the surface of the stone to bring the polish or high shine on it. The new surface of the stone is not a coating but it is a part of the stone itself.
This can be done by using R-154. It is a
solvent based stripper for removing residue, old impregnators, sealers, wax treatment, paint, film built up from regular products, grease, oils and varnish from all natural and artificial stone.
Apply R154 undiluted onto the dry surface using a stiff brush, scrubbing brush or suitable pad and leave to view and do not allow it to dry. After 5 to 15 minutes, scrub the area again vigorously. Afterwards, clean the area thoroughly with R155 Intensive cleaner acid free diluted about 1:10 with clean water. If patches remain untreated after drying, repeat the treatment as necessary.
Wetlook is a product which gives wet finish over the surface of the stone. We are having Twinswet, Extradrops, Extralux as a Wetlook products but to make the pebbels look wet Twinswet is the best.

On a well clean and dry surface apply Twinswet performing circular movements using a cloth, distributing as evenly as possible and allow it to dry for 2 hours. Then it gives a very good Wetlook effect.
There are number of Glues (Mastics) available for Marble. Among all the Best is,
Transparent Glass: This mastic is having very strong in grip and Crystal in color. It becomes very tenacious and perfectly polishable after Hardening. It is suitable for white italian marble, Expensive marble like Onyx, Travertine and can be used for all other colored marble by mixing the color pigment.
We are having one another very special mastic to glue the marble is Epokitt. It is a epoxy based glue and since it is having low viscosity allows the penetration into very thin cracks. Even it provides a very high strength and also can be used at low temperature upto (5 degree). It does not turn yellow even after years and it can be used to join different materials like Brick, Marble, Granite, Wood, Aluminium, Iron, Porcelain Etc.
For Marble and Granite, we recommend Twins TW or S-234 which are the best sealants.
S-234 (Stain Protection – Extra) gives protection and care for all natural stone and artificial stone surfaces. It is Superior Water, Dirt, Oil, and Grease protection from all surface finishes. It can be used for Exterior and Interior. Clean the stone surface thoroughly allows it to dry (max residual moisture of 2-4%). Apply S-234 generously and evenly using a soft paintbrush, roller with short fibres or Brushes. Repeat treatment for very absorbent surfaces for 24 Hours. For less absorbent stone surfaces, remove excess with a paper towel before it dries.
It is a bicomponent product. Component A is a liquid modified Epoxy resin and Component B is a liquid modified Polyamine based curing agent.
On combining the two components in specific ratio, we get epoxy resin which is used to give the high gloss, hardness and fill the cracks of natural and artificial tones. We have huge range of epoxies from ISEP Italy for Marble, Granite, Semiprecious Stones, etc.
We have a special epoxy which is clear upo 2-5cm, does not bend, does not entrap any air bubble and does not change the color. If this is mixed with semi precious stones, marble chips, granite pieces and allowed to care by a particular procedure, it looks like a marble.
It is very difficult to say the best epoxy since every granite is unique and has its own requirements.
To give a brief idea, epoxies can be
Epoxies for granite are popularly characterized as follows:
We also have Black epoxy, epoxies for marble, epoxies for limestone, epoxies for block reinforcement, epoxy for slab reinforcement and so on.
We have sealers like Drai Water Base, Drai Solvent Base, Hydroc, S-234 and Twins TW etc are available. The best sealer we can use among this is Drai Water base.
DRAI WATER BASED is a hydroalcoholic solution used for the right treatment of marbles, granites and natural stones. Its fluorurided resin gives a high resistance against atmospheric agents and UV radiations.
It is ideal for the treatment dedicated to outer space. DRAI water based is a protective agent. We recommend cleaning the surfaces before application, removing soluble salts, mold or loose parts. Application should take place on dry and cold surfaces which are not exposed to hot sun; In any case take care to ensure an even application until the material is completely soaked.
If we don't seal the marble, there will be the penetration of water, dirt, oil, grease. It will affect the look of the stone. It may also affect its structure in the long run. The foot marks and hand marks are also reduced if the sealants are used and it is easy to maintain the floor.
We can protect the floor by using a very good sealer i.e., Twins TW or S-234 and then maintain the floor by using polish P-324 once in a week.
S-234 (Stain Protection Extra): It is a premium range ready to use impregnator which reduces the penetration of water, dirt, oil, and grease into all natural stone surface (soft and hard stones), agglomerates and terrazzo. P-324: It is a mild concentrated natural soap for daily soap. The highly active ingrediants quickly and thoroughly clean and maintain all natural and artificial stones. Its natural protective components support the colour and structure of the surface. It has been specially developed to enhance the appearance of walls and floors in all natural and artificial stones. If we use regularly, treated surfaces increase their resistance to stains as P324 forms an invisible dirt repellant film that helps to support existing impregnation, making regular maintainance easier.
Color Enhancer is used to cover the scratches, imperfections of the marble and the granite. It enhances the color of the marble and granite by developing a protective film and provides a wetlook effect. We are having wide range of Color Enhancers like Brillo, S-748, Vivo, Avo.
Brillo (Solvent Based Color Enhancer): It is a liquid silicon based wax, used to renew the polish on marble, granite, natural stones and gres. It can be used to clean and protect kitchen and bathroom ceramic tiles from dirt an smog. The very high quality components of its formula provides highlighting of colors and veins, waterproofing and providing superior resistance to stains like water, wine and oil.
Apply with a clean cotton cloth. After drying, which requires a few minutes, the surface must be polished with a soft clean cloth. It is advisable to work in a well ventilated area.
The color enhancer available are Brillo, Vivo, Avo, S-748. They all gives brilliant result and the best is S-748.
S748 is a ready to use, solvent-based oleophobic special impregnation with colour enhancing properties for natural stones, artificial stones and terrazzo and cast stones. It is intended for indoor and outdoor use and reduces the penetration of water, dirt, oil and grease
S748 generously and evenly onto the naturally cold, clean, dry and absorbent surface using a soft brush or short pile roller. Leave on for 20-30 minutes, but do not allow S748 to begin to dry. Afterwards, immediately and completely remove excess S748 using paper towels and rub the surface dry. Dark marks or streaks may occur if excess material is not removed adequately.Repeat treatment for very absorbent surfaces after approx. 24 hours. S748 is suitable for all absorbent natural and artificial stones, such as polished, honed or textured marble, limestone, travertine, Solnhofen slabs, granite, gneiss, terrazzo, agglomerate marble etc. Suitable for interior and exterior use. Non-absorbent surfaces, such as glazed tiles and the like, cannot be treated with this product.
Although we have wide range of sealants, but the best sealant we have is Twins TW.
Twins TW (Anti – Stain Protection): It is an excellent anti-stain treatment specially developed for polished surface in marble, granite and stoneware. It is an excellent water and oil repellent solvent based product. It does not change the color of the marble or granite.
The epoxy, if it is from genuine supplier, has a hardness equal to stone it self and on applies it becomes the part of stone in it. It enter the cracks, fissures and etc and thus we can say, epoxy is permanent solution.
Epoxy resin is the one used on the surface of the marble and epoxy mastic are used to fill the joints as they leave very less gel time and are expensive.
Water based sealer is used like any sealer. Any stone which we need to seal, the surface should be clean and dry. After that by using roller brush apply the complete surface and leave for 12 hours and then go for second coat.
The advantage of Water based sealer is that it is solvent free and can be applied even where people are staying in the building. After drying, Both Solvent base and Water base are harmless. We have Drai Water base sealant available.

How to remove oil and grease stains from granite?
Granite is a popular choice for kitchen countertops for various reasons, one of the most important beings that it will hold up when it comes to food preparation, but only to a certain extent. When oil and grease come into contact with granite surfaces, staining can be expected (unless the stone is sealed properly and the oil is cleaned up quickly), and this isn’t limited to kitchen countertops because it can also happen in the bathroom with creams, makeup, and somebody lotions, not to mention accidental spills on granite floor tiles.
Oily stains can be prevented if substances don’t make it past the protective seal and the pores of the granite surface. If a stain starts to form while grease is still resting on top of the slab or tile, it will only get worse unless the substance is removed. Instead of wiping, a blotting action should be used, preferably with paper towels or a soft sponge. In some cases, this step may take care of the stains, thus leaving the surface ready to clean with a granite cleaner.

Selection & Use of Abrasives For Granite & Marble.
Natural stones like granite and marble are capable of taking a high polish and are therefore used as decorative stones for cladding purpose in the construction industry, as well as for monumental and memorial work.
It is important to remember that the quality of the polish depends entirely on the quality of the flatness achieved by the initial grinding and honing process. Many times, operators ignore the first two stages and concentrate on the application of the polishing abrasives in an attempt to get a high gloss, but this will not help unless the grinding and closing of the pores of the granite are carried out successfully.
The selection of the bond of the abrasives depends on the sawn surface of the granite, the quality of granite and the production rate required.
The grinding pressure determines the rate of material removal.
Adequate flow of water is a must for good grinding, honing and polishing.
Products: Abrasives for marble.
Marble and Granite stain removal products. Most of the marbles are porous and even though granite looks hard, it is a porous stone (except for some granites like Warangal Black, Tan Brown, etc.) that allows stains to soak into the stone. The use of acid-based cleaners, including vinegar, on granite, damages the surface. Before using any cleaning product on granite countertops, we must test the solution in a hidden area. Marble or granite can have stains of paint, rust, oil, food, etc. We should first clean the surface with a neutral or mild alkaline strong cleaner like R55 Intensive Cleaner from Moeller Chemie, Germany followed by the specific stain remover. However, as always “ Prevention is better than Cureâ€; we must seal marble or granite with a good sealant/impregnator. Please find the details of world-class stain removers for oil, wax, organic stains, moss, mildew and algae.
